Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective August 8, 2019, the Board of Directors of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Christopher Thompson as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Thompson, age 56, served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Worldpay, Inc. (“Worldpay”) since 2014, and was the Senior Vice President and Controller of Worldpay from 2010 to 2014. Prior to joining Worldpay, Mr. Thompson was a Partner at Deloitte and Touche LLP. Mr. Thompson holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York and is a licensed certified public accountant.

There are no arrangements or undertakings pursuant to which Mr. Thompson was selected as Chief Accounting Officer. There are no family relationships among any of the Company’s directors or executive officers and Mr. Thompson. There are no related party transactions between the Company and Mr. Thompson.

Katy Thompson, former Chief Accounting Officer for the Company (and no relation to Christopher Thompson), will be assuming a new role with the Company as the Finance Operations Officer. In this role, Ms. Thompson will lead the Company’s shared financial services function for our day-to-day enterprise operations.
