Filing of Periodic Report on Form 8-K to Disclose Voting Results of 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Worldpay, Inc. (the "Company") was held on May 16, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. The voting results of all resolutions set out in the Definitive Proxy Statement, all of which were passed by the requisite majorities, has now been submitted by the Company to the National Storage Mechanism.
